The training for competitors will be organized from 11. april on

Dear sir or madam!

I am confirming your entry form for 16. worldchampionship in dog tracking and i'am also thanking you for your participation.

Here are some information, that you might need:

- the competition's office will open on Friday 11. April 2010. It will be stationed in Grajski vrt Boštanj (Grosuplje). It will open from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

- on Wednesday, 14. April in Grajski vrt Boštanj you have to:

1. enter your team, pay the entry fee/ 80.00 Euros per competitor/, give all the necessary documents/ work book/ original pedigree/ dogs will be checked by our veterinary and we will also check tracking leads,

2. Dogs must have a valid medical confirmation/ book/ or rules that are presribed by the Europe union /see the web side/,

3. When you will give away your entries you have to bring with you the national hymn of your country,

4. It is wanted, that you also bring a gift /a cup/,

5. Bring also your national glag, that will be used in opening and closing ceremony,

6. Opening ceremony will be on Wednesday, 14. April 2010 at 4:30 p.m. in Grajski vrt Boštanj,

7. Closing ceremony will be on Sunday, 18. April 2010 on Bloška plateau.

 Activities:

 - On Tuesday / 12. April/ we will organise for all competitiors two natural sightseeings. Two bus's departures are at 3:45 p.m. from Grajski vrt Boštanj. Te sightseeing is free.

- On Friday / 16.April/  we will organise a historical sightseeing for team's leaders and official persons. Bus leaves at 4 p.m. from Grajski vrt Boštanj.

- On Satururday, 17. April 2010 at 8.00 p.m. we organise a banquet in Kongo Grosuplje. Price for one person is 29 euros.  Tickets for banquet you can buy in competition's office from Sunday 11. April until Freiday until 4.00 p.m.  Everything will be written in material when you arrive in Grosuplje /what kind of food will be prepared…/

We are politely asking you that you notice us about:

- your arrival to Slovenia,

- where will you be staying during the championship

- notify us until 30. March 2010

When we receive this information, we will be able to organise for you trainings. Training's departure will be written on web page from 7. April on.

One special notice:

During our world championship the main airoport Jožeta Pučnika in Slovenia conserning the renovation, will be CLOSED. So please book your flight in Trieste or Maribor.
